Orders & Delivery

After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your Order History page in your account for real-time status updates. Alternatively, you can click the order tracking button in the top right corner of the menu at any time.
We deliver to Baku and Sumgayit. Standard delivery takes 1–2 business days. We do not currently deliver to other regions or internationally.
Yes. Orders over ₼50 qualify for free standard delivery within Baku and Sumgayit.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed.

Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is governed by the Delivery-Acceptance Act. Before signing: you have the right to inspect the product at the moment of delivery and refuse it via courier if you are not satisfied. After signing: no returns or exchanges are possible, as signing the act officially confirms the product was received in perfect condition.
Yes. Before signing the Delivery-Acceptance Act, you have the right to inspect the product on the spot. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may refuse to sign and return the product immediately via the courier. We strongly recommend inspecting the product carefully before signing.
Signing the Delivery-Acceptance Act officially confirms that the product was visually and physically inspected and accepted in perfect condition. Returns or exchanges after signing are not possible. Please inspect your product thoroughly before signing.

Payments & Account

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). You can pay with a new card or a saved card at checkout.
Yes. All transactions are encrypted with TLS 1.3 and processed through certified payment gateways. We never store raw card numbers on our servers.
Personal accounts are for individual shoppers. Business accounts require a Tax ID and unlock B2B features including bulk pricing, multiple delivery locations, and tax invoicing. Additionally, business customers receive a formal invoice (faktura/qaimə) for every order and can pay within 4 weeks.
An active subscription plan is required to place orders on Anbargo. Users without a plan cannot check out. There are two plans: Personal (20 ₼/month) for individual shoppers, with up to 2 saved delivery locations. Business (60 ₼/month) for companies, with up to 5 saved locations, official tax invoices (faktura/qaimə), priority support, bulk ordering, and a dedicated account manager. You can subscribe from your Account profile page.
Depending on your plan, you can save multiple delivery locations to use at checkout. To prevent abuse, editing any saved location will instantly lock all of your locations for a 30-day cooldown period. Make sure your address is completely accurate before saving!
